The USDOE Informational Meeting on Nuclear Fuel Cycle Evaluation Metrics will be held in Building 200, Auditorium, Argonne National Laboratory on November 8-9, 2012.

Access to the Laboratory

When arriving at Argonne you must proceed to the visitor reception center (see attached Argonne map) to pick up your gate pass. To receive a gate pass, visitors are required to present photo identification, such as a driver's license or State ID.

DOE Badge Holders: Those of you who already have a DOE badge can use the badge to access the site. If you forget it the day of the meeting please go to the visitor reception center and a temporary badge will be created for you.

Foreign Visitors: To receive a gate pass, visitors are required to present photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport, along with any required INS documentation confirming lawful status in the United States.

To reach Argonne from O'Hare International Airport, take I-294 south to I-55. Exit west on I-55 (toward St. Louis ) and continue for about four miles to Cass Avenue. Exit south on Cass and turn right at the Argonne sign on Northgate Road, immediately south of I-55. Follow Northgate Road to the Argonne Visitor Reception Center.

To reach Argonne from Midway Airport, take Cicero Avenue north to I-55. Enter I-55 south and continue for about 14 miles to Cass Avenue. Exit south on Cass and turn right at the Argonne sign on Northgate Road, immediately south of I-55. Follow Northgate Road to the Argonne Information Center
