The INL Small Business Program is a fundamental component of the SCM organization. The Small Business Program is responsible for managing the INL Small Business Subcontracting Plan with the Department of Energy, and communicating to both internal and external audiences regarding the INL procurement opportunities and program goals.

Primary Goals
- Increase the extent, variety and complexity of small business involvement with the INL.
- Ensure that small businesses participate in meaningful prime contract performance.
