STAR status is awarded to truly outstanding contractor safety and health programs that have successfully implemented all five program elements: Management Leadership, Employee Involvement, Worksite Analysis, Hazard Prevention & Control and Safety & Health Training. Employees are afforded a unique role in reducing and controlling hazards by becoming an integral part of the program.
INL employees are encouraged to access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) intranet site for a full menu of EAP services. For subcontractors, your company has contracted with the EAP program to provide telephone consultation and referral to appropriate community resources.
