STAR status is awarded to truly outstanding contractor safety and health programs that have successfully implemented all five program elements: Management Leadership, Employee Involvement, Worksite Analysis, Hazard Prevention & Control and Safety & Health Training. Employees are afforded a unique role in reducing and controlling hazards by becoming an integral part of the program.
At INL, we believe that all injuries are preventable and are committed to the U.S. Department of Energy Voluntary Protection Program (DOE-VPP) requirements.
