Optics includes conventional optical imaging (IR, UV, Visible), diffraction optics, and spectroscopy.
The key capabilities within the Optics activity include absorption and transmission spectroscopy, laser induced breakdown spectroscopy, raman scattering, interferometry and holography, infrared, ultraviolet, and visible light imaging including digital imaging and image processing.
