INL has developed a patented thermoelectric device used for pressurizing a container. The device vaporizes liquefied gas within a container and transfers heat energy from a portion of a liquefied gas in contact with the cooling surface to another portion of the liquefied gas in contact with the heating surface, thus converting some of the liquefied gas to a vapor state. This device may also be used as a vapor pump, liquid pump, or fluid pump.
